sleep through static, or heavy winds...

Sleep Through Static
Gets you through the rainy days, long drives, lonely nights, sunny skies, its near you while you patiently wait for that first hot day when you can roll your car windows down. No suprises here as he does what he is good at; creating diddies that you can't help but close your eyes to and wish you were somewhere else.
I'm still getting to know the album, as I am a sucker for good guitar strumming, and this is where I find it.
Alas, finishing the Catcher in the Rye, I feel young tonight and excited for a new day. I leave you with the part of the book where we all think about what we would like to be, and how in so many ways....we all feel crazy about it.
"Anyway, I keep picturing all these little kids playing some game in this big field of rye and all. Thousands of little kids, and nobody's around-nobody big, I mean- except me. And I'm standing on the edge of some from crazy cliff. What I have to do, I have to catch everybody if they start to go over the cliff-I mean if they're running and they don't look where they're going I have to come out from somewhere and catch them. That's all I'd do all day. I'd just be the catcher in the rye and all. I know it's crazy, but that's the only thing I'd really like to be. I know it's crazy."
